Academician Pan Jiansheng has remarkable scientific research achievements in material heat treatment technology. Through the innovation platform of academician workstation, it can not only solve technical problems for enterprises, but also cultivate a group of young innovation teams, laying the foundation for the follow-up development of enterprises. At present, China is the country with the largest number of enterprises and the largest output value in the global die-casting industry. Therefore, the successful application of material heat treatment technology will surely drive the technological innovation and development of the entire die-casting industry.

The ability to provide high-performance heat treatment solutions has solved technical problems for many companies across the country, improving product reliability and life, and reducing manufacturing costs. In 2014, it established an engineering technology center to coordinate the various types of research and development of all factories, and transformed the decentralized research and development model originally scattered in various factories into a centralized research and development model to reduce repeated costs and improve efficiency.
